Summer Reading Challenge 2024 Aberdeenshire. The challenge encourages children aged 4 to 11 to enjoy the benefits of reading for pleasure over the summer holidays, providing lots of fun as well as helping to prevent the summer. Delivered in partnership with public libraries.
Many libraries are supported by volunteers. Developed by the reading agency in partnership with the charity create, this year’s challenge celebrates children’s creativity and storytelling abilities.

The 2024 Challenge Starts On 22 June In Scotland And On 6 July In England And Wales.
The summer reading programme will be a combined subject enrichment activity, jointly conducted by language teachers and the librarian of the school.
